COMPANY PDI / HDI PHOLOSOPHY

OmniLOG Voice Solutions (PTY) LTD identify, mentor, train and transfer skills to HDI /PDI Technicians and other employees who are able to fulfil outsource contracts or portions of contracts received by the group to the highest standards within our scope.

The HDI / PDI employees receive training that is in line with the NQF guidelines. As it is not possible for SAQA to certificate most of the in-house training, we undertake that the quality of the training received by the HDI / PDI Technicians are of the highest standard and levels required by the product offerings of the Group.

As the skills transfers are conducted through on-job training, OEM training and certification and internal company training, the PDI is able to assist Business, Government and it’s agencies in a better form by improved workmanship, therefore limiting or reducing unnecessary costly return on service calls. The trained PDI’s also in their turn transfer their skills and knowledge to the receiving client and in return create an IT environment that has upliftment and communication skills.

Furthering transformation and expanding policies and endeavours for lucrative BEE partnerships and work agreements to form the end-state of multiple successful BEE companies with specialised trained personnel within the group in order to increase HDI / PDI ownership and work creation on all levels and fields.

The Group is dedicated to constructing a meaningful platform for empowerment of the individual person on a mass scale in a responsible and sustainable manner.
