Guarantee Software

The system is guaranteed for twelve months from date of installation.

• Products are tested and guaranteed to perform the duty that it is intended for, and for that purpose only.

• Defective products shall be replaced free of charge; including labour and call-out costs, if found to be defective before or during installation, subject to the product not being tampered with and any seal not been broken. The above 1 (one) year guarantee on the product shall be in force, subject to the product not being damaged by the user, nor subjected to any other use other than what the product was intended for.

• OmniLOG® Voice Solutions (Pty) Ltd and it's agents guarantee the installation of the product to the stage where the installation has been finalised, and deemed to be in working order and condition, to the satisfaction of the client. Any re-installation at the client's request will be subject to an installation and call-out cost, which shall include costs arising from error caused by the client, theft, neglect or any other situation other than what OmniLOG® Voice Solutions (Pty) Ltd guarantees.
